The line features a StabiloSeal (QuatroSeal) unit, the four seals create a stable, box-shaped bag, for a secure and reliable closure. It is also equipped with a brand-new SDX auger filler for precise dosing, consistently producing 2 kg bags with every cycle. A horizontal feed screw ensures uniform product levels in the dosing hopper, and two forming sets allow the production of different bag types to meet flexible packaging requirements. Finally, the machine is controlled by a new Siemens control system, set up in the customer’s language for intuitive and efficient operation.

DL PACK’s modernization approach focuses on customized, sustainable upgrades that give machines a true “Second Life.” In this case, the Golden Package was selected, meaning the machine received an Advanced Modernization, which includes:

• All components fully restored and mechanically maintained
