Since 1995, DL Packaging has delivered and installed over 750 packaging machines worldwide, primarily vertical form-fill-seal machines. Each of these machines has been rebuilt and often modernized according to the customer's specifications. Almost all of these machines have been equipped by DL Packaging with the latest Siemens S7 or Rovema's own PackControl control and servo drive systems.
Since 2008, DL Packaging has been located in the Weststad industrial estate in Oosterhout. This is situated along the A59 near Breda, right in the heart of the Benelux. Here, DL Packaging has a permanent demonstration area, a stock of over 100 packaging machines, mainly Rovema, various test setups, a large refurbishment workshop, and an extensive warehouse with over 20,000 parts and used peripherals.
You are welcome to visit our factory! There are always several machines in various stages of assembly on display. If you would like to visit us, we would be happy to welcome you. We would be delighted to give you a tour, preferably by appointment. Please feel free to contact us to arrange this.
DL Packaging now has highly satisfied customers in almost all European countries who use their machines daily in a wide range of applications, such as packaging candy, peanuts, dried fruits, rice, pills, muesli, grains, ground coffee, liquid soups, herbs, flour, cocoa, and more. Upon request, we deliver a complete dosing and packaging line, including product feed and the discharge of packaged products. If desired, we can also supply feed and discharge conveyors, vibratory feeders, platforms, packing turntables, and printing and labeling equipment as part of the line. Naturally, in such cases, we take responsibility for the functioning of the entire packaging line, and you benefit greatly from having only one point of contact.
