We extensively test each machine before shipping it to the customer, set it up on-site, and thoroughly train the employees who will be operating it. However, as with any machine, issues or malfunctions can occur with a DL Packaging packaging machine. What steps does DL Packaging take when a customer calls with an issue?

Step 1. Resolve by Phone:

When a customer contacts us with an issue regarding a machine, our service department will assist the customer. This assistance can be provided either over the phone or via video call. In many cases, it is possible to resolve the problem or malfunction together with the customer.

Step 2. Remote Solution (TeleService):

Often, our technical team can remotely log into the Siemens control system of the packaging machine. This allows them to perform updates or resolve issues without the need for a service technician to visit the location.

Step 3. On-Site Solution:

If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone or remotely, one of our service technicians will visit the customer's location to assess the situation and resolve the issue. We provide this service worldwide, whether the machine is located in Breda or Buenos Aires!
