Product Infeed Equipment

To bring products into the dosing system (weighers, screw dosing, etc.), DL Packaging supplies a variety of feeding systems such as conveyors, vibratory feeders, and powder feeders. New and used equipment available, all with warranty.

Printers & Labelers

For printing codes (date, barcode, logo) or applying labels, we offer printers from Markem, VideoJet, Linx, and labelers from Novexx and Herma. Both new and used systems are available.

Infeed/Outfeed Conveyors & Turntables

For smooth product handling before and after packaging, DL Packaging offers custom conveyors and turntables to collect and buffer packed goods efficiently.

Inspection Equipment

We offer metal detectors, checkweighers, and combined units (weigher + detector) — both new and used, always with warranty.

Upgrades for existing VFFS machines

DL Packaging offers various upgrades to enhance the performance and flexibility of your existing vertical form-fill-seal machines:

• Forming sets (new or used) for quick changeovers between pouch sizes/weights
• Block-bottom kits for stand-up pouch production
• Seal jaws and systems for PE and laminate films, with options like tear notch or textured patterns
• New PLC control systems for improved automation and reliability
