On September 1, 2008, Mr. Edo Luyt starts
working for DL Packaging as sales manager. |

Edo has worked for CSi / Stork Palletising
Equipment as international service account manager for many years. |

At DL Packaging Edo will take care of
new enquiries as well as existing customers, at home and abroad. |

Edo is 41 years old, married with Ria
and has 2 children. |

Packaging buys Burtscher GmbH in Mindelheim, Germany |

On July 8, 2008, DL Packaging bought
all machines and activities of Messrs. Burtscher GmbH in Mindelheim,
Germany. |
 |
|
Burtscher is focussing on used and rebuilt
Rovema machines and spare parts. |
|
With this takeover DL Packaging strengthens
its leading position on the German and central-European market. |

Packaging moves to new building in Oosterhout |

| On July
1, 2008, DL Packaging moved to the new company building in Oosterhout,
near Breda (NL). |
The new
building has a larger workshop with showroom, a huge spare parts
department and a professional storage of used / good condition Rovema,
Bosch, Ishida, Yamato machines.
