Hassia Redatron

Diese Abfüllanlage für Standbeutel aus einer flachen Folienrolle ist bis März 2012 im Einsatz, ab dann zur Verfügung.
Sie macht Schlauchbeutel mit Standboden auf einer integrierten Hassia-Redatron Schlauchbeutelmaschine, die dann horizontal in die Fawema übernommen werden.

Inkl. Pulverdosierung (Schneckendosierung) für z.B. Mehl, Gewürze.
Leistung (produktabhängig) bis 35 Beutel/Min.
Inkl. Drucker, Abschneidevorrichtung.

Very complete, nice and good working 350 impulse (PE) machine. Is being fully checked, to be delivered with guarantee. Including 1 forming set for bag width ... mm (to be chosen). Other options and extras on request.

This model has become very popular recently. A compact though robust vertical form-fill-seal machine producing up to 110 bags a minute, up to 250 mm wide. 
Executed with the latest Siemens Sinamics servo drives for both cross jaws movement and film transport.. 

Standard with 6" color touch panel and memory for 100 programs (recipes). 

Hassia-Redatron Flexibag 110/60, new 2003, hardly used, mechanically like new. DL Packaging is currently putting the latest Siemens S7-300 machine controls into this machine.
