welcome at DL Packaging!

DL Packaging supplies new, used and fully rebuilt/modernizes form-fill-seal machines from Rovema, Bosch and Hassia-Redatron, as well as all dosing/filling systems like Ishida and Yamato multihead weighers, and Rovema or Webb auger fillers.

From the start in 1995, more than 600 machines and lines have been installed all over Europe. Most of these machines have been equipped with new Siemens S7 controls, and/or servo drives by DL Packaging. In many cases, DL machines are supplied with an Ishida or Yamato multihead weigher, or a Rovema/Webb auger filler for powders.

DL Packaging is based at "Weststad" industrial zone in Oosterhout (right next to the A-59, near Breda, NL). Here we have a permanent showroom, a machine stock of well over 100 Rovema, Bosch, Hassia Redatron, Aquarius vffs machines, testing facilities, a large workshop and a stock of over 20,000 spare parts.

Apart from this, DL Packaging has a more or less regular stock of good used Sandiacre, Aquarius, Yamato, Ishida, Webb machines that can be supplied at short notice, or delivered and installed after a thorough checkup.

Our 9 service engineers guarantee the perfect functioning of your machine even after years, and can build in the latest technologies and machine options, like Siemens S7-300 electronics, touch panel, servo drive.

DL Packaging has its customers mainly in the food industry and the contract packing industry in most European countries. Starting companies as well as multinational enterprises use professional equipment supplied and serviced by DL Packaging.

  • DL Packaging's perfect QuadroSeal (Stabilo) bags from retrofit kit for Rovema, Bosch, Hassia-Redatron

    For a project in UK (150g soluble coffee) DL Packaging supplied a fully rebuilt and modernised Rovema VPX vffs (bagmaker) with the new corner sealing unit as a retrofit kit.
    The customer is very happy with this new bag, which stands up very well despite the light contents.

    Diese Nachrüst-Einheit liefert DL Packaging mittlerweile auf Rovema, Bosch und Hassia-Redatron Schlauchbeutelmaschinen.

  • DL Packaging to supply more Rovema bag packaging lines for powders in Sweden and Denmark

    DL Packaging keeps on selling rebuilt, modernised Rovema vffs machines to Scandinavia. A Danish customer ordered as complete Rovema bag filling line for milk powders, including a Somic carton packer.
    In May, DL Packaging will install a Rovema bag filling line for nutrition powders in block bottom bags in Sweden.
